The footbridge was created as part of a competition by invitation from the client. The goal was to connect the La Savane metro station to the Royalmount real estate project, located at the intersection of Highways 15 and 40. The proposal promotes new collective mobility, suggesting and catalyzing a new connection that, on a larger scale, links the neighborhoods of Ville Mont-Royal, Côte-des-Neiges, Bois-Franc, and Hampstead.
