Espace Montmorency

Espace Montmorency is a mixed-use development located next to the Montmorency metro station in Laval. This high-density project is based on a “building blocks” principle, which allows vertical and horizontal phasing. The different spaces are reserved for residential, corporate, hotel, commercial and entertainment use. The massing maximizes the greening potential of the premises by creating a series of terraces. The project aims for LEED Gold certification.
