The M9 development is located in Montreal's multimedia district, close to the Old Port and business districts. Bordering the Bonaventure Expressway, M9 is made up of four phases, built consecutively. As a whole, the buildings of M9 make optimal use of the site space and create new addresses on each of the neighbouring streets. Located on Prince, Wellington and Duke Streets, the new complex faces a landscaped outdoor courtyard. This space, an urban haven of peace and tranquillity, will surely inspire future developments in the area.
